How to Know if Your Phone is eSIM-Compatible

Step 1: Confirm that there is EID Information

Go to your phone's dialer application and enter *#06#. If your phone supports eSIM, the EID information will be displayed. If no EID appears, it indicates that your phone does not support eSIM.

Verify compatibility by IMEI

How to get your IMEI?

  1. Enter your phone's dialer application.
  2. Dial *#06#.
  3. Done! Your IMEI code will be shown on screen.
  4. Copy the IMEI and paste it into the following form to verify compatibility.

Step 2: Confirm that there is NO Network Provider Lock

Only mobile phones without network provider lock can install the eSIM you purchased.
